This is a full time role which will include split shifts and weekends and will require previous, proven bar and waiting experience. 
Strong IT skills are essential, as we are looking to set up a computerised table booking system and develop customer databases.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a flair for creating new business opportunities are also a requirement of the role.
This is not a live in position and therefore your own transport is essential.
